Equilibrium Psychotherapy is not currently in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, or BadgerCare in Wisconsin. We do not bill these programs directly, and sessions are not reimbursable through traditional Medicare or Wisconsin Medicaid.
If you are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan administered by one of our in-network commercial carriers (such as Anthem or Aetna), some plans may offer outpatient mental health benefits — please call the behavioral health number on the back of your card to verify before scheduling.
