MFT-IT
My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, welcoming atmosphere where we explore areas you are wanting to change. I am here to help you, or you and your partner, navigate difficult patterns while illuminating the strength and knowing already within you. Therapy is a deeply personal process, and curiosity, collaboration, and compassion are at the core of my approach. I blend systems theory with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy to support you in gaining insight, deepening your connection to others, and cultivating healing and growth.
I completed my undergraduate degree from UW-Madison in Psychology. While there, I developed a passion for becoming a therapist in my counseling and human sexuality courses. I continued my education at Edgewood University and graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I was drawn to Marriage and Family Therapy’s systemic framework, which underscores how we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are constantly shaped by the people, environments, and culture we interact with. This non-pathologizing approach invites us to see how we are influenced while gaining awareness of how we influence the world around us.
I work with individuals, couples, and families on an array of concerns; my specific focuses are working with couples, sex and sexuality, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and AI-related mental health concerns.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me reading or cooking at home, or out and about on a nature trail or at a concert. I also enjoy playing board games and TTRPGs with friends.

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.
