MS, LMFT
My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re coming in on your own or with a partner, I’ll walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, navigate your relationships, and create meaningful change. I bring compassion, curiosity, and acceptance to every session, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you gain insight, build new skills, and feel more connected to yourself and to the people who matter most.
My path to becoming a therapist hasn't been a straight line, but each step has shaped the way I show up in the therapy room. I began my career in the tech world as a people and project manager, where I experienced much of what my clients now seek support with - imposter syndrome, anxiety, and periods of depression. After experiencing the transformative power of therapy in my own life, I shifted to work as a Leadership and Confidence Coach, helping professionals build confidence, quiet imposter syndrome, and redefine what success meant to them.
Over more than eight years of coaching, I realized I wanted to go deeper—supporting people not just in their careers but in their lives and relationships. That led me to earn my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College. Since then, I've worked as both a therapist and divorce mediator, and today I focus on working with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their relationships, better understand themselves, and navigate all that life brings with more clarity and connection.
Outside of work, you'll find me reading, crocheting, or cooking something new. I also spend a considerable amount of time planning my D&D campaign that I have played with friends since 2020.

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do.
