MS, LMFT

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to explore your inner world. Whether you're coming to therapy individually or with a partner, I aim to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and to move toward greater connection and fulfillment. My approach integrates aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based practices to support healing, growth, and self-compassion. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and build on your strengths to create meaningful and lasting change.
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by curiosity, connection, and a deep desire to understand what helps people heal and grow. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, where I first became fascinated by how our relationships and inner experiences shape who we are. That curiosity led me to pursue a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College, where I trained to work systemically with individuals, couples, and families to help them find balance and resilience in the face of life's challenges.
Throughout my education and clinical experience, I've had the privilege of working with people navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, relational difficulties, and life transitions. At the heart of my work is a genuine belief that healing happens through connection, both with ourselves and with the people around us, and it's an honor to walk alongside my clients as they navigate that journey.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, getting outdoors, and exploring new places. I'm also an avid reader and lifelong learner who finds inspiration in hearing people's stories and discovering new perspectives.
